    How long should I take adaptogenic supplements for?

    We suggest a minimum of 6-8 weeks to see optimal compounding effects. Adaptogen-RV can be beneficial ongoing or rotating with other stress support supplements like re:vitalize's Adrena:Pure.†

    Should I take an adrenal support like Adrena:Pure or Adaptogen-RV?

    This depends on the type of stress you're under currently. If your typically stress emotionally/mentally (with a high stress job for example), then Adrena:Pure may be your best option. If you are more active, or are experiencing physical stress (even good physical "stress" like exercising), then we'd recommend Adaptogen-RV. You may also consider rotating between both Adaptogen-RV and Adrena:Pure every 6-8 weeks if you're chronically experiencing both mental and physical stresses.†

    Will this give me energy and fatigue?

    Yes, but not in a "jolting" or stimulant-type of way. Adaptogen-RV is formulated with energizing adaptogenic herbs. The main ingredients have been used wide spread for centuries to address chronic fatigue. This supplement is helpful for both stress and chronic fatigue.

    Yes, there are whole food sources of nutrients in all capsule products. They are also excipient and stearate free.
